No one should be discriminated against because of their sexual orientation. Government should provide the protection, and I think that we should have a look at the buggery law….but for me, I do not support the position of the former Prime Minister because people should be appointed to positions based on their ability to manage. “

NJ governor vetoes marriage equality bill

In an obnoxious yet unsurprising move, New Jersey governor Chris Christie vetoed a marriage equality bill today, following through on his age-old promise to do so. 

The state Assembly had passed the bill yesterday and the Senate on Monday. Christie still holds that voters should decide on the bill, while others argue that civil rights are not to be put on a ballot.

Well this sucks. 

Congrats, Christie. You are now a complete shitbag.

He’s always been a complete shitbag. I still don’t understand why these people here voted for him. He’s a complete waste of flesh.
